An exceptional piece, this slicer is a capable tool. Owing to the forged full tang, and POM injection molded handle. This creates a very durable tool with no weakpoints. The blade itself is constructed from X50CrMoV15 steel, and has a granton edge.
The granton edge prevents food from sticking to the sides by filling with juices and fats from the sliced objects.
