Description
This Vollrath 47094 18" French whisk has a one-piece, 5 1/2", ergonomic, nylon-covered handle that is completely sealed to ensure sanitary conditions. It comes with comfortable, sure grip nubs and a knob on the end of the handle to prevent slippage during use. It is also heat resistant to 475 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing use on a vast array of mixtures.
This whisk features thick, French style wires, best suited for mixing heavy food products. The wires are constructed from 18-8 stainless steel to resist corrosion and rusting with a center reinforcement wire to eliminate bending, twisting and deforming.
